Kim is an artist, chef, writer and dancer. She cares about sensation and poetics, systemic and creative thinking, the transformative power of somatic work.


Kim seeks out collaborations that move across disciplines and modes of making / forms of knowing. She trusts equally in the tools of rigorous critical thought and unabashed embodied joy.


Kim holds a Masters Degree from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. While there she was the recipient of the Pritzker Graduate Fellowship. She worked as the Graduate Assistant at The Fashion Resource Center at The School of The Art Institute of Chicago.


Kim’s teaching credits include culinary classes at numerous artist spaces, private home and summer camps as well as a 2019 guest lecture at UC Berkeley.


Kim has created and managed kitchen spaces across the US and Europe for group sizes ranging from 2 to 500.
